I need some clarifications regarding ILR set (0) Online Application Form:

I’m on Tier 1 Ent 50k route as a Team. I’m planning to apply for ILR in December.

I have googled set o application form and I have got link to fill online application form.and I have got this link https://visas-immigration.service.gov.uk

Here on top of the link I can see this

In the link I can see the Journeys as
Start > Application>Finance>Documents>Declaration>Pay>Download and Print

I have filled one application form for myself and my wife who is eligible for ILR same as me. I have saved the application form as I want to double check is everything okay - and downloaded the application form with out paying the visa fee .

[your application will be submitted only after you pay, you may add dependents into the same application form it gives you option to “add members”]

Can I fill another application form where I can proceed with payment section ? As I have already started one draft application form ?



What if I find any error in filling the application form after paying the visa fee ?
[you can NOT edit your application form after you pay, so make sure you check all your answers BEFORE you submit]

What is the process after paying the visa fee ?
[The system will take you to spora steria webiste where you will be able to upload documents and book an appointment for biometrics]

How to submit the required documents ? I have seen members saying that we need to scan all relevant documents ?
[you can scan and upload all the documents before your appointment OR you can choose to take documents to the centre and they will upload for you at an additional charge]

Can anybody please explain what are the steps to apply online application form ?

What evidence will you provide to support the reasons for all absences from uk and crown dependencies ?

[No evidence required for Tier 1]

this question as a Tier 1 Entrepreneur what evidence I suppose to submit.


Also in another section it was asking to enter the countries where I lived in including Birth Country and reason why I have lived in that country ?

[you can just say “birth country”]

Do I need to enter the countries which I went for holiday as well ? Where I lived only 7 days ?

As I mentioned in the post I was on Tier 1 Entrepreneur 50k route as a Entrepreneur Team.

Myself and my other team member both are eligible for ILR.

1. My question is previously for extension - we both applied via Paper application form sending all the application forms and relevant documents in one bundle as we are as a Team.

Now as it was a Online application how can we submit together in one bundle ?


2. As I mentioned in the above

I need to choose one option for below question

If I choose other > It was asking me to provide what evidence I'm specifying

What I need to mention in this section ?

After uploading the Documents do I need to submit all the documents again at Sopra steria ? or they just check all the documents uploaded ?

Do I need to upload all the documents straight after submitting the payment ? or any time before my appointment with sopra steria ?

I am planning to scan all the relevant documents and save in my pc much before so that it will be easy for me to upload all the documents.

1) The online form does ask if you are applying as a team so I think you will apply together as usual.

2) Yes you are right. Just ignore that and take a plain paper and write “No evidence needed for Tier 1” and upload that (this was also advised by Marcnath in my thread)

I am on Tier 1 Ent 50k route - My initial Tier 1 Ent was granted in Jan 2014 and extension was granted in Apr 2017. I am eligible for ILR now and I am in process of applying.

I have few queries can some one or Gurus please help I have filling Set (0) for me and my wife as she was also dependent since my initial Visa which was in Jan 2014 to till date

1. I have 2 passports of my home country one was expired and applied for other
I have got new passport after extension of T1 Ent in Apr 2017 While filling the online application form I have entered the new passport details as old one was expired.

Now my query is I believe that I need scan both passports as I have got initial and extension visa linked to the old passports ? Correct me if I am wrong you have to scan the current passport and ALL previous passports

And I believe that we need to scan all passport pages ? Correct me if I am wrong


2. In Online application form > There were sections

Immigration History > where it was asking to enter all the Absences from UK and I have entered all the Absences correct, absences during the 5 year qualifying period is required

Following that there is another section asking
Immigration Details > Asking to enter the countries lived in including Birth Country
Here I have mentioned my Country of Birth and reason as I have born and bought up in that country correct reason is “country of birth”

There is an option to add countries visited or lived in ?

My query is Do I need to enter the Countries I visited for Holiday as well ?

I have mentioned them in the Absences from UK section do I need to enter here in this section as well ? The link you are mentioning is at the main page. It is NOT the actual question. The link also navigates you to the actual question which only asks you to list “countries lived in”


3.In Job Creation section:
It was asking me to enter the Job Created date : As I have created the job back in March 2015 and I have two part time employees sharing One Job post from then to till date

Do I need to enter the actual start date or for the period which we are claiming

Same as for Employee Start date :Do I need to enter the actual start date or for the period which we are claiming
Yes actual start dates of job and employee both. You are sending FPS for the period you are claiming points for thats the evidence for that particular period

4. As I have mentioned Me and my wife both are applying for ILR -

And in my wife Personal Information section :

Does the period of stay on which this application was based include any leave granted since 11 January 2018?

Yes or No

As she haven't applied for any visa since 11 January 2018 I have chosen NO

and it was not asking any absences and I am surprised as there is no need to enter absences for ILR.

I dont get this so cant comment on it

Can any Gurus please respond as I was planning to apply with in few days...

Business Activity:

* Company Registration Certificate not required

* CAR (Current Appointment Report ) showing that You are the Director of the company - it should be dated with in 30 days and also filling history to prove that you are the director of the company at the time of employment was created.
* Business Bank Statement Latest buusiness bank starement OR bank letter either one will be sufficient
* Bank Letter confirming company has a bank account and my self was the signatory of that account and company uses that account for the purpose of their business.

Job Creation Specified Documents :

I have 4 employees worked for 2 job posts
2 part time employees with Same Job Post - still working
1 Full time employee for 6 months and 1 full time employee for 12 months with same Job Post- Left

* Employee 1, 2 , 3 & 4 :
* British Passport or ILR Copies
* NI Proofs not required
* Payslips
* RTI FPS monthly submissions
* RTI FPS Which shows employee start date not required incase you are sending any old FPS just for the start date that falls outside your period of claim as the law has changed in Jan 2018
* Latest CAR (Current Appointment Report )
* Employee payment records P11 not required

Business is UK Based & Taxed specified documents

* Original letter showing PAYE reference number optional
* Original letter showing Corporation Tax reference number CT41G and CT600 is enough
* Form CT41G from HMRC or a completed HMRC tax return document showing the tax reference number for the company. If the reporting is done online, you should provide a printout of the form and sign it as correct.

Business Documents :

* Letter from Bank, stating signatory, and confirming the business account is with them from ...... date and that it currently has .......... repetetion


Co-Habitation Evidence : seems ok. I myself am not in this cohabitation situation but seems ok

* Letter from HMRC’s
* Driving License Copies
* Tenancy Agreement with Both Names
* Phone Bills
* Letter from GP (Confirming both names are registered with them from 2010 with above address.)
* Virgin media Bills
* Bank Statements
* UK Visa Immigration Letters

Own Finances :

Yes or No I really confused about this I do have Business Bank joint account with my Enterprenuer team member for that I already clicked yes in 2 point
