I am about to apply ILR for my dependents. Please guide me on below situation.

• I was on Tier 1 Ent in 2014, my wife and son joined me in 2014.
• In 2017 I applied for ILR where as my depended applied with me for further extension. Which we got it.
• In 2018 I applied for citizenship and got British passport.
• In 2019 my dependents (Wife + son 6 years old) completing their 5 years stay in UK on their visa.

1) Can you please guide. Which visa form should I use for their ILR application?
2) Do I have to wait another 1 year for their British passport application after their ILR Grant?

2. No. They can apply as soon as they get ILR provided your spouse meets all the 3 years residence requirements to apply as spouse of BC.
