Hi,
I have got ILR on May 2017 and we had our baby born on June 2017, therefore we got the british passport for our baby later in July 2017 I have applied child benefit for my baby on my name and the benefits are being received on my bank account. My wife is due for ILR now based on tier 2 dependent completed 5 years. And we are using SET O application.
I have a doubt with my wife's application while filling online section called finance where it ask, Do you or anyone else who is part of this application receive any public funds? Yes Or No.

This application is only for my wife as myself already have ILR and my baby has british passport, I want to know if I need to say yes or no.

Option 1: No if I understand correctly since my wife is the only applicant and its straight forward.
Option 2: Yes If still my wife need to declare in the application that my husband receives the benefit.

Can anyone please advise on this. Will be much appreciated to complete the application.
