Hi All,

I am in the process of applying ILR for my wife who is a PBS dependant using the new system.
I am using the SET(O) online form.
The previous SET(O) form had a section for cohabitation documents and finances like payslips/bank statements.
But, the new SET(O) form does not have any document requirement for cohabitation and finances.

Has the document requirement changed with the new system ?
Has anyone applied for SET(O) without payslip/bank statements and cohabitation documents and been successful ?

Is your dependant currently having a Tier 2 dependant visa?

It's a Tier 1 Dependant Visa or PBS Dependant Visa.
