Redundancy after ILR application/Biometrics appointment-decision pending

Hi
Submitted super priority application Set O on 15Dec & attended Sopra biometerics appointment on 21Dec. Ideally should get decision within 24 hours but this is still pending . My company may announce redundancy in Jan 1st week and all our department might be at risk. Just wanted to preempt worst case scenario hence asking.
If ones decision is pending with HO and redundancy been announced- how does it affects ILR application.
@Experts: Have any such cases been reported in past and what's the way forward please?
