Indefinite leave to remain/10 years route as 5 years EEA family members as spouse

Hi,

I have been living since 29 January, 2009. I came as student visa then two years later got PSW. In 2013 I married EEA family member in UK and got visa as family members of EEA. Ten years complete this 29 January 2019. Now going to apply ILR as 10 years route on the basis of EEA family member treaty rights.

My wife working as self employed but the problem is last 6 months from May to October how can I shows her self assessment or work as as a self employed.

I will be greatful to you if help me as soon as possible.

Hi,
I am going to apply ILR end of this month on the basis of EEA family member of last five years. But problem is my wife have work gap six months this year. Is it make any problems for my application?? Is it alright maximum gap six months for this application.

Just tell you before April can't submit self assessment documents. Is it make any problems my application.

If you cannot show that your EEA partner was exercising treaty rights, then you cannot settle. The document I posted clearly tells you what you need to provide to satisfy HO
