ILR dependant: evidence of absence

Hi All,

I have a question about the ILR for my wife. I have read many forum posts that the requirement for less than 180 days of absence is only true for main applicant (not the dependant). However, she was in her home country for one month in August 2018 and the online form requires the evidence of absence from the UK and Crown Dependencies since 11 January 2018. Which option should I choose and which kind of evidence should be submitted?

Thanks for your help.

Absence limit is only relevant if her current visa was issued on or after 11 January 2018.

If it was issued before this, the is nothing you need to submit.
