FLR M to ILR Application Financial requirement

Good Evening.
I have a question and i was wondering if i can get some advice for it.
My missus has an application for ilr coming up on 21/09/2019.
She has been on flr m and had 2nd extension last time.
My financial situation has changed since then and now I am self employed. My missus has been working since september 2018 and her gross salary for 12 months until the application period will be £13,039.
I have been self employed since april 2018.
Now she has another part tine job offer for about £800/week.
My question is that
1. will it be a problem at the time of application as if she starts this employment it will be less than 12 months?
2. Do i need to show my self employed record with it aswell as in april 2019 it will be a full financial year?
3. Will this create any complication in the application process?
Thank you in advance for your help guys.
