I got my ILR November 2018based upon tier 1 entrepreneur 5 year route
My wife got successfully PBS dependent visa till 2021
She got her entry clearance in feb 2014 and came in uk in may 2014
Question 1.
When can she apply for her ILR, in January 2019 or April 2019.
Question 2.
Which english language test she need to pass
B1 selt -gcse GRADE 5
b1 selt -ISE 1
B2 selt -ISE 2
Question 3.
Most of the time we use different addresses for our banks and GP. the reason of this was I dont want to change my address frequently and used the same old address which is our relative's address, However, her address was the actual place where we use to live. I had changed all my addresses during last 6 months and now we have same address for last 6 months. Do you think this element may effect her application for ILR
best regards

Wrong advice. Residence counts from date of first visa start/issue and not date of entry for PBS dependents.

Useful to post links of posts AFTER the rule changes in January 2018 and not topics from 2017 before the change when it WAS date of entry!!!
