Hi Guru's i wish you Happy new year , I have been following your Immigration threads for a long time and they are very much useful for UK visa applications, Thanks for the Forum.

My situation : Tier 1 Entrepreneur 50k visa initial 3years.
Applied for Tier 1 entrepreneur extension on OCT 2016.
Refused on JAN 2017 for the reasons : employment creation.
Applied for admin review and it was refused too.
Submitted Tier 1 entrepreneur extension fresh application on 8 march 2017 with in 14 days of
Admin review refusal satisfying employment creation.
Interviewed on MAY 2018 and it was just ok
Varied my tier 1 entrepreneur extension to Tier 2 general as per my solicitor suggestion
granted my visa on 04/JAN/2019.
My Questions : Am i eligible to apply for ILR now?
if i am Eligible, are they gonna send me any queries on my ILR application?
and is it mandatory to get the salary £36000 from my Tier 2 Sponsor for the ILR application now?

please help me

Time spent under Tier 1E will count towards your ILR however you may face questioning on whether you followed the conditions of your Tier 1E visa during that time. All the Tier 2 eligibility requirements like min salary will apply as you are applying under Tier 2 general route.
