I have few questions on my SET LR & Dependent’s application please advise on below
1 : I have varied my application from FLR to SET LR ( 10 yrs route ) do we get full refund on IHS & Visa application fee if we vary to ILR?
2 : If Yes how long does it take? Do HO email me before issuing the refund?
3 : How long is the time line for SET LR postal service ?
4 : Can I apply for upgrade my application to premium service or others ? if my passport is already with HO?
5 : My dependent applied for FLR with me now I have varied my application? what happens to dependent’s application?
6 : Can we ask HO to hold dependent’s application untill I get my decision?
7 : Once I get my ILR approved how many days do I have to vary my dependent’s application?

Probably few weeks after ILR is granted

You are expected to apply online now. The forms have been retracted. When did you apply ???

4 : Can I apply for upgrade my application to premium service or others ? if my passport is already with HO?

You seem to have missed the news that PSC were closed in Nov 2018. There is no premium service anymore

5 : My dependent applied for FLR with me now I have varied my application? what happens to dependent’s application?

They should apply under family route FLR(M) or FLR(FP) depending on your situation

6 : Can we ask HO to hold dependent’s application untill I get my decision?
7 : Once I get my ILR approved how many days do I have to vary my dependent’s application?

You are expected to vary your partner's application at the same time as you vary your application or else your spouse may risk refusal.

It stated on website that you cannot get IHS refund if you apply for indefinite leave to remain or other visa which exempts IHS?

It says it may take upto 6 weeks to get IHS refund.

I have applied on 10/12/18 via Online service done my biometrics on 23/12/18

My partner is already on pending application of FLR FP, we both applied on 12/11/2018, As I varied my application to ILR, We could not vary her application as we did not meet financial conditions for FLR M. We still have to wait fr 2 months untill we get 6 months pay slips & statements.

So what would be best option here, Solictor advised we can request HO with covering letter to hold her application untill I get my ILR decision.

You can follow the solicitor's advice but bear in mind there will be no guarantees

Just to confirm I cannot apply for any upgrade service ( 10 days service or Supra service )

I know nothing regarding the refunds tbh.

Can i ask if you have any further information regarding the ihs refund for varying from FLRM to ILR?
The IHS rules just changed since Jan 19 i think and on the website gov.uk it said IHS will not be refunded if you are applying for indefinite leave to remain.

I have applied or Varied my FLR application to ILR on 10 yr route on Dec 10 2018
so not sure that rule applies to me?
I have not received any update on my application nor refund.
May be I will email refund Dept March 1st week

Did you pay for both application (original FLR and variation ILR)? Have you got any confirmation letter from Home Office regarding the Variation?

I have paid IHS charges when applied for FLR.
I have not paid IHS charges on my ILR application
No feedback from HO till date.
