PBS Tier2 dependent apply for ILR

Hello all,
I have checked the information from UKVI website, and just one question I cannot find the correct answer.
My grant-visa (issued) date was 31/03/2014
first entry UK date was 11/05/2014
When will be the valid date that I am able to apply for ILR? 28 day before 31/03 or 11/05
