who to get to sign the company letters?

Hello, I have searched to see if someone has already answered this question but my searches haven't really pulled up a substantial answer.

So my company is providing three letters as part of my application - letter stating my salary and that I am needed for the foreseeable future, authentication of payslip printout since ours is a digital document, and confirmation of days out of the country in the 5 year period. Does it matter who in my company signs them? My boss, who has access to the SMS system was just going to sign all three but we weren't sure if that was ok or not.

We might just be overthinking it, but it never hurts to double check. Thank you
