how to book appointment -new system

Hello everyone,
I am filling form for SET LR online. But wondering whether I can take appointment before submitting the form?
Can I amend form or submitted documents after I have taken appointment?
Do we need to scan and upload all the supporting documents? Or can we take it with us in Supra priority service centres?
