Hi,
I am about to complete 5 years as a dependent in UK on 17th Feb 2019. The first visa that was issued to me had mentioned- Visa Tier 2 partner (which was issued in Jan 2014) and secondly I received BRP(which I hold currently) on 17 Mar 2016 which has mentioned - PBS dependent.
Now the issue is I am not sure which form use to apply for my ILR and is there going to be any probem because of the different things mentioned on my First visa and the BRP card.
My husband got his ILR and then Citizenship after my second visa, so little confused about SET O or SET M
Thanks in advance

It is form SET O if you hold a PBS dependent.
Presumably your husband got ILR based on the pbs route and 5 years residence and not ILR based on 10 years long residence.

Thanks for your reply.
He was on work permit from Apr 2010 till Apr 2015. Then he got his ILR in Mar 2015 and became british citzen in 2017. I got my second visa as PBS dependent in Mar 2016, but the first one JAN 2014 was Visa Tier 2 Partner. Are these both same thing or different?
If it is same thing, so it's Set O form?
Thanks

Tier 2 partner visa and PBS dependent visa are the same thing and same visa category.
Yes, it is form SET O you use to apply for ILR.
You could have applied within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of your initial visa issue date already.

While filling up the Set o online there is no section for the financial requirements. Is it not required for Ilr as a pbs dependent?

There is NO financial requirement for PBS dependent applying for ILR.

Can you please clarify the difference between SET O and SET M? Because SET M is also for ILR for spouse of the person settled here.
Thanks

SET(O) is for PBS migrant visa holders and PBS Dependent visa holders.
SET(M) is for a person that has held 2 x 2.5 Spouse Settlement Visas (forms VAF4A and FLR(M)).
You cannot use SET(M) if you hold a PBS Dependent visa, it will be refused as you don't meet the requirements under Appendix FM.
They are two completely different visa routes and immigration rules.
