When will I and my son be eligible for ILR and citizenship

Hello everyone I am new to this board so I apologise in advance if I posted this in the wrong place etc.
Basically me and my wife came into the UK illegaly in 2010. In 2016 we were granted biometric residence permits (2.5 years) we have had to renew this once since we were first granted it.
Now my main question is when will i, my wife and my son be granted ilr and then citizenship. I am aware that in the case of my son it is different compared to me and my wife. As my son entered the UK aged 9 and is now aged 17. He isn't an adult and next year he will have spent the majority of his life in the UK.
