Skip dependent child ILR application

Hi All,

Background: I'm applying ILR via Tier-2 General (5 years) route next month but NOT including my child who was born in UK (currently 4yr8mon on Tier-2 Dependant valid until 29/08/2019 ) and my husband.

I've read somewhere that Case Worker might come back with below query when considering our application under super-priority service:

Q: In Tier2 you were having a dependent Kid, which is not there in this application, where is he/she, is he/she living with you or not and on which address and do you intend to apply for their dependent application ?

Is it OK to reply ABOVE question with below worded answer ? Or you think it needs to be worded differently ?
A: Yes - he/she is with me and on same address. Post my ILR approval - I plan to register my son/daughter as a British Citizen using MN1 form.

PS: For my husband - we plan to apply when he completes his 5 year under Tier-2 Dependant Visa on 01/07/2019 (Tier-2 Dependant valid until 29/08/2019 )

On little more searching on forum I seem to have got answer for my query and I believe it can be answered as below:

"I will be registering my child as British under Section 1(3) of the BNA once my ILR is approved"

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Just an update: The UKVI did not come back and ask about the dependent child :D

I was granted ILR without any follow-up from case worker. ( atleast the email has come but still awaiting approval letter+BRP )
