Hello,

Thanks for reading this.

I just received my successful application returned for Tier 1 Entrepreneur Extension.
My timeline was
Initial entrepreneur visa granted in May 2014
Applied extension in April 2017
Interviewed in April 2018
Extension Approved in October 2018 which expires in Oct 2020.

Now as you can see from my timeline my 5 Years on Tier 1 completes in May 2019,
1) So my question is Can I apply for ILR in May 2019, I have a full-time employee working since I applied for the extension in April 2017 and by May 2019 requirement of 1 full-time employee for 2 years will also b completed.
My solicitor is saying you have to wait 1 year after getting any visa to apply for ILR , is is true ?
Please suggest can I apply in MAy 2019 or I have to apply in Oct 2019 for ILR ?

2) And which Application form I will need to use to apply for ILR on tier 1 Enterprenuer 5 year basis?

- I also have my wife on my dependent visa since May 2017, so she will also need to apply for ILR what form she will need to use for ILR ?

3) Last question is Can i go to window to apply for ILR on tier1 ent 5 years basis ?

Thanks in advance for your help and responses.

You can apply in May 2019 in theory. However you can claim ONLY the employment created in the 12 months prior to the date of your ILR application, so that is any employment between May 2018 and 2019. If that is not enough (you do not have two positions in that period which lasted for 1 year each), you must hire more and also remember that such a position needs to be maintained for at least a year.
This is because transitional arrangements do not apply to you.
2) And which Application form I will need to use to apply for ILR on tier 1 Enterprenuer 5 year basis?
SET(O) and apply online
- I also have my wife on my dependent visa since May 2017, so she will also need to apply for ILR what form she will need to use for ILR ?
She has to extend as PBS dependat until she has 5 years for ILR
3) Last question is Can i go to window to apply for ILR on tier1 ent 5 years basis ?
You cannot use PSC for ILR under Tier 1E route

I made one mistake i meant my wife is on my dependent visa since MAy 2014, so she will complete 5 years by May 2019, So what form she will need to use to apply for ILR ?
Thanks

I actually have a full time employee and a part time employee.
So if I employee another part time employee, Would that make 2 full time jobs ?
Can we join 2 part time jobs as 1 full time job for ILR ?

6 proofs of cohabitation

Hello,

Thanks for reading my question.

I am looking to apply my ILR in october 19 on 5 years tier 1 Entrepreneur basis. I also want to apply for my wife's ILR .

I was reading the SET O form , it says we need to provide cohabitation proof.

any idea how many proofs are required ?
Somebody says 6 proof, although it does not say on form exact amount how many we need.

What if we provide

1) first proof as a shared bank statement of joint account on both of of ours names for 12 months
and
2) second proof as phone bills for each of us for 12 months.

Would that be enough? or is there any specific requirement by law that how many proofs and from which department proofs needs to be anything like that?

Please help with your suggestions .

Thanks

Any correspondence with name/names, date and address, (including phone bills) will be accepted.

Examples must be from at least 3 different sources.

Casa, regarding examples from 3 different sources..is that per husband and wife? For example if I have 2 bank statements from natwest, can my husband ALSO have 2 statements from natwest?
