I am going to apply for ILR for my wife she as completed 5 years PBS dependent visa.

Please can you advice me the below points.

1. I got my British passport . I got through 5 years based tier-1 and ILR than Naturalisation .
I got one daughter even she is holding British Passport. I have applied child benefit is this effect for my wife ILR.

2. Do i need to should my income if so what document should i need to show . I am working as engineer and set up the limited company pass from 8 years.

and even my wife she is working full time job as permanent employee. In this case what document should we need to give.

3. I am not able to see in the application form the 5 years absence, please can you advice about the absence that how long my wife can be outside the country. She took maternity Holiday for 5 month and she was outside UK and this was in 2017.


4. Please if you got any link or check lists for all the document do i need to give for my wife ILR.

No issue if you are claiming child benefit in your name only as you are allowed to if you hold ILR or are British.

No income requirement.

Irrelevant.

There is NO absence limit for PBS dependent visa holders whose visas were issued BEFORE 11 January 2018.

Hi Guys i am facing problem in filling my wife ILR . Below question as occurred please can you advice what should i fill. Also i am British citizen i am getting child benefit for my daughter even she is British citizen.
