Hello,
I applied today for ILR set(o) super priority service. I had lost my Biometric Card and visa was expiring soon so I had Visa Stamp on my passport. Upon ILR application today morning 8am appointment. Everything well clear and OK. I received email from Tier 2 and 5 Temporary migration that my leave is granted and shall receive approval letter and BRP soon. It does not specify Indefinite Leave to remain or does not even say any case worker name. I am more worries that how come I receive email from Tier 2&5 temporary Migration team.

Please can someone help and guide as to what will I receive in BRP.

Thank you

Because the Tier 2 team is also responsible for grant of ILR under Tier 2

Applicant is already Tier 2 dependent. And the only worry is as I mentioned they haven't written anything about indefinite leave to remain. And as mentioned earlier that the Biometric was lost so was not submitted. The sticker on passport was there which was expiring soon.. do you think they may have granted ILR or may have Just given a replacement BRP

What is your full Tier 2 dependent visa history then??

Unclear how you have a stamp in your passport if you HAD a biometric card!!

Biometric was lost during holiday so applied in home country and came UK on single entry visa and then applied for ILR based on that sticker visa

For the record and for anybody who reads this in the future, I received a very similar email and my ILR was approved. Received my BRP a couple of days later.
