ILR TIER 2_Proof of Absence

Hi guys,
Sorry to trouble you. Just a quick question regarding a paid sickness leave of mine last year.
I took 8 days paid sickness leave plus 9 days paid annual leave to China where I received a minor operation. The operation itself was recommended by the hospital in the UK(I have a doctor letter with some details) but I decided to take it at home with my family around. It was discussed with & approved by my doctor & my company(sponsor of Tiere 2) verbally.
I will put a note in the Absence letter to explain & it will be signed off by my company but I also wonder if I need to prove the sickness leave by submitting any documentation from the hospital. I did some searches in the boards & online but can't seem to find the answer.
(I am applying ILR via Tier 2 General. My total days of absence is 150 in five years & it also has no problem to meet the requirement of no more than 180 days on any rolling 12 months.)
Many thanks for your time! Any help would be much appreciated.
