Hi,

We are in process of ILR application online for Tier2 general (5 years route). In the list of documents we have been asked for following:
1.Evidence of xxx's immigration status in the UK
2.For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 2 migrant, documents showing that you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules. For further information concerning the evidence required, please refer to the Tier 2 migrant policy guidance on our website. Is this PBS application when a visa was granted?

However, we are not yet sure what exact documents they need for it. Can you please give me the exact document name?
Is there any government helpline available to clarify such doubts?

Thanks in advance.

1. Brp card.

2. Only relevant if you are combing tier 1 time with Tier 2 time to make up 5 years. If you only apply relying on tier 2, nothing extra to submit.

Thanks a lot for prompt reply. Regarding my 2nd query, we are holding tier 2 general visa since 2014. We got our visa issued in Jan 2014-2017 and Jan 2017-2020. Still online application ask us for those documents.
Is there any helpline available with Home office to clarify our queries?

No the helpline doesn't offer advice such as this.

The question is generic and only applicable IF you held a Tier 1 visa and using that time to make up 5 years. This has been answered 100s of times on the forum and many members received approval based on only 5 years Tier 2 or combining Tier 1 and Tier 2.

if you are only relying on Tier 2 for Set(O), there are NO additional evidences that need to be submitted.
