ILR Application submitted and paid before Qualifying peroid

Good Afternoon Everyone.
PSW expired on 11/02/2014
Tier-2 applied 07/02/2014
Tier-2 granted 06/03/2014 (date of issue on BRP)
So keeping in mind the 6th march 2019 the completion of 5 years, I have already submitted the online application and paid for me and my wife on 27th JANUARY 2019 and booked the appointment on sopera stera for 12th Feb 2019 within 28 days.I was just reading another post where CR001 has mentioned that it will count from the date of online application. My Goodness Online submission date clearly does not come within 28 days but Appointment date is well within 28 days. What can i do now plz?
Any help would be appreciated.
