UKVCAS Super Priority route - Information on decision timelines for applicants

Hello all,

So I called UKVI today (not UKVCAS) and enquired on what might have caused the delay in me hearing back on my application status despite 48 hours passing.

The official answer is that Home Office (would) have taken a decision within 24 hours of submitting the application but it can take upto 5 working days for them to communicate the decision to the applicant.

Hence after this period if no communication has been received by the applicant then they can contact UKVI and they will notify Home Office that they have missed their service level standards.

Good luck to everyone. An admin might want to sticky this.
