Hi,

I started filling my ILR form and planning to submit next week, I have some questions which were bit confusing or new compared to when I checked last year. Please help me on the following question.

1) When did you first enter the UK?
Visa issued date or first entered the UK date ?

2) Have you spent any of your two, three or five years continuous period (as appropriate) with leave to enter or remain in the Crown Dependencies?
I never visited? so NO ?

3) Have you previously lived in a country outside the UK including your country of birth?

I visited Australia as part of my skill migration and stayed there for 5 days (before got my Tier 2 visa)

I visited India as a tourist for 7 days (before got my Tier 2 visa)

I visited couple of times to Sweden before and after I got my tier 2 as part of my work?

Should I include all the details in the SET(O) appreciate if you could help me on this, please ?

It's asking for "entered".

2) Have you spent any of your two, three or five years continuous period (as appropriate) with leave to enter or remain in the Crown Dependencies?

It's about living, not visiting..so give details appropriately. The below ones don't seem to be appropriate as they are shot visits. Your home country stay needs to be listed as any other substantial stay/living periods in other countries

thank you for the response,

1) so I have to give my country of birth where I lived since birth till moving to UK 22nd April 2014?

2) I've been back to my home country a couple of time during my last 5 year, should I include that also?

sorry, this question is a bit tricky one .... not sure why they are asking?

It's asking "outside" UK details. This is a common question on this forum, so you should be able to find relevant advice if you search for it. I just gave advice based on what I read on this form.

The question only asks about living outside UK. So it excludes UK. You dont have to mention this.

Hi,

I am getting an annual salary which is above the required salary for the soc code say 45K and I mentioned in the Set O form as

45K - Annual and weekly 37.5 Hours work.

I am also getting some allowance of 300 every month, some months not depending on the on-call rota.

should I mention this anywhere in the form or letter

please help ?

Add another country the applicant has visited or lived in ?

please help, should I put all the countries I have visited?

should I put all the countries I have listed in the absence?

The original question only asks about countries lived in not visited. Just look at the original question. Ignore the “add” bit. Even if you click the add link it will take you back to the original question.

If it's not part of the salary or guaranteed, then they won't consider it. Don't mention it if you're salary is above SOC and ILR eligibility requirements.

Regarding your question about declaration I think that page comes up when you fill everything and that's probably the final page (I don't personally have experience of submitting set o form so others may guide you better on this query).

You would have got a link to download it while you were filling the form. However, you will also get a link to download AFTER you pay at the final step 7. Further Actions page.

I managed to book an appointment at Croydon on 15th Friday, but when I go through this forum I found that I need to receive biometric enrolment form?

Still I didn’t get to my email, should I change my appointment to later date?

Have you used “new service”?

Assuming you have, the appointment on 15th is to verify your documents and provide your biometrics and photo. All you need is the appointment confirmation email.

What biometric letter you are talking about?

That post you posted is for someone using existing service. All you need is a confirmation email for appointment. You will provide biometrics there.
