Unpaid Maternity leave - proof

Hi,

I am planning to apply for my ILR end of March. I was on maternity last year, starting from Dec 2017 - April 2018. Of which 2 months was unpaid (only SMP). When I started work I was on part-time working only 3 days a week for one month, then went back to full time.

My question is am I still eligible to apply for my ILR. What sort of proof do I need to submit?

Your help will be appreciated.

Thank in advance.
Srini

Presumably you hold a tier 2 dependent visa as your previous posts suggest your husband applied for ILR last year and you have registered your child as British.

There is no requirement for a tier 2 dependent to work or provide proof of working or maternity leave. Why do you believe you need to??

I don't have Tier 2 dependent visa. I am on Tier 2 general visa.

I worked part-time for one month will that affect the application?
