Absent days question

Hi All,

I have a few questions on visa issue date and absent days for ILR application under T2(G) that I hope you can help me with.

My situation:

T2 Date of issue: 12 Mar 2014
Entry to UK: 29 Mar 2014

My questions:

1. Am I correct that i can count 12 Mar 2014 as my start of the 5 years and can apply 28 days before 12 Mar 2019?
2. In employment letter, my HR put my employment starts from 12 Mar 2014 similar as the visa issue date should be all good as i was working outside of the UK since the visa started?
3. In absent days in the employment letter, do I need to list the period between the issue of entry clearance and entering the UK? If so, what purpose and reason should I put is appropriate?
4. In SET(O) form, section 6, am i correct that I don't need to list the period between the issue of entry clearance and entering the UK?
5. For Reason for absence in section 6 in SET(O) form, should i just put the same as in employment letter as "Business trips" or "Annual leave" or the form requires more details?

Thank you for your help!

Yes
2. In employment letter, my HR put my employment starts from 12 Mar 2014 similar as the visa issue date should be all good as i was working outside of the UK since the visa started?
No issues
3. In absent days in the employment letter, do I need to list the period between the issue of entry clearance and entering the UK? If so, what purpose and reason should I put is appropriate?
Yes, preparation to move to the UK
4. In SET(O) form, section 6, am i correct that I don't need to list the period between the issue of entry clearance and entering the UK?
You should as that counts towards the 180 days absence
5. For Reason for absence in section 6 in SET(O) form, should i just put the same as in employment letter as "Business trips" or "Annual leave" or the form requires more details?
No need for details
