Hello Guru's
Please can you help and answer the below questions :
1: Any bank letter (Eg: Business still Trading letter) submitted with our application , should it be dated within the last 30 days or 90 days of submission ?
2: Me and my business partner got our Tier 1 visa approved on 03/04/2014 , our dependents were on Tier 2 & PSW visas until June 2014 / May 2014 respectively, since June/May 2014 they are on our dependent visa.
We will be eligible and are planing to apply for our ILR on 8th of April 2019, will our dependents be eligible to apply for ILR with us?
They both haven't been out of country for more than 180 days in the last 5 years.
Thanks in Advance !

1) The guidance does not really give a date. But its better you submit a bank letter or 1 month business bank statement within the last 3 months or the latest one.
2) Your dependents will qualify for ILR when they will fullfill 5 years (minus 28 days) on Tier 1 dependent route.

Your statement should be within the three months to your application. Also your dependent need to have spent five years in Uk before application except there is a serious and compelling family reason why they need to apply with you in case of dependent children for example sickness or serious illness.
Children dependent on you don’t have time requirement, they can submit along with you as long as your spouse, their mum is also submitting the same time or have been BC or has ILR.
But your spouse must spend five years.

They have spent 5 years in the UK, should it be as our dependent for the whole 5 years ? As our spouses were on PSW / Tier 2 visa's
