Dear all,

I arrived in the UK on 2003 and applied for ILR on 2014 but refused due to an overstay in the period of 2003 to 14/06/2009. While my ILR was refused on 2014 I switched to TIER 2 visa and still on TIER2. In the meantime from June 2009 to June 2019 another 10 years will be matured. My concern, if I will be able to apply again on 10 years route application on this June 2019? Please advise.

You should be able to do so, HO may apply discretion for the breach of the rules that happened in the past but there is no guarantee
