Hi,

I’m a Tier 2 visa holder living and working in the UK and I wish to apply for the ILR with I have two adult dependants with me.

Can I include my son who is 18 now but was a child in 2014 when I was granted T2 General visa

Salary requirement is of £35,800 as I'm applying after 6 April 2019. Although I currently have that level salary but it was increased in Nov 2018. Is the requirement for the entire year at the time of ILR application on HR letter ? As my salary increased from 35000 to 36000 in Nov 18 and the P60 for 2018-19 will show the lesser amount for entire year accordingly

What is the earliest date I can apply for the ILR?

My passport was stamped for T2 General visa on 14 May 2014 till 14 May 2019. I entered on 21st may and started working next day. Should I count 28 days from stamping day or work start day? Also is it 28 working days or calendar days?

My rest of the documentation is perfect

Thank you
Surya

He has to complete his own Set O form and submit evidence specifically to him showing he is not leading an independent life etc.

There is no requirement to submit P60s.

No sooner than within 28 days (calendar) before 14th May 2019. Presumably your dependents have the same visa issue date??
