Effect of ccj because of debt..

Hi
I was checking my credit report and according to 2 out of four reports i have a pending ccj from last year
Just wanted to take seniours openions, will it effect my ilr application next mont probably i will be going for same day.
Please if someone through same situation and experts tell the best way to tackle this situation.

There is no longer a 'same day decision' service.

Any quicker service is also not available to Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa holders applying for ILR based on 5 years residence.

You can ask for a CCJ to be set aside if you knew nothing about it

CCJ has no effect on your ILR, particularly if you follow it with the relevant county court and ask it to be set aside. The CCJ will be removed and you will be given opportunity to pay the debt
