Tier 2 to ILR - SALARY HIKES DURING 5 YEARS TERMS

Hi All,
I searched the forum for another matter that was not relevant to the salary increase and found that some had problems with the sudden salary increase when they applied for ILR after five years.
I will apply for ILR at the end of April 2019 or beginning of May 2019, and I wanted to confirm with Gurus and requested them to advise me please in my case
VISA DATE: 28 May 2014 till 8 May 2019
My SOC code is: 2317 and the salary increment details are:
I started work in July 2012 and the first increment was 22% in July, 2013
May 2016 – 9% – annual, based on performance
November 2016 – 44% – change of circumstances which is reported via SMS
"reason - due to significant boost of online business and workload increase due to new brands and products"
February 2019 – 4% – annual, based on performance (is this need to be reported ? )
There are more than 60 employees in the company and I am not sure if everyone got the pay rise this year, but certainly it has some.
Many Thanks

found that some had problems with the sudden salary increase when they applied for ILR after five years.
It generally applies to sudden large increases immediately before applying for ILR, not increases correctly reported 5 years ago.
You need to meet the ILR requirement of £35,800pa or what is stated in your SOC, whichever is HIGHER. As you don't state what the varies salaries and increases amounts were, I will assume you meet the ILR requirement.

Thank you Char (CR001) for your time and prompt response.
The salary increases in figures
July 2013 – From £18000 to £22000 per annum – annual, based on performance
May 2016 – From £22000 to £24000 per annum – annual, based on performance
November 2016 – From £24000 to £34500 per annum – change of circumstances (Reported via SMS)
February 2019 – From £34500 – £36000 per annum – annual, based on performance
The major hike about 44% in November 2016 would not be a problem?
Thank You

If the 2016 was reported on SMS, then no it should not be a problem.
You are only required to submit between 1-3 months payslips and corresponding bank statements.

Thank you very much Char.I am confused by reading few posts here that if few days are short to complete 5 years, apply through normal service which is being cover the fall by the time Case Worker make the decision.
So in may case,
1- I can use Priority Service? and
2- do I have to reference this 20 days on the cover letter with any rule like section 3c and 3d (this law is in my head after reading posts here)
Thanks

Hi Char
I stuck again in applying visa for my wife. She is in Tier 2 Dependent Visa with me and will expire same day on 9 May 2019. I would like to extend her visa for PBS dependent. Of course, I will not have my ILR decision so I have to request caseworker to hold the application until the decision of the main applicant.
My question is to fill out the form, assuming I have received ILR? To start the application, please you can advise me which answers would be correct in my case.
1- Does Mr XXXXXX have indefinite leave to remain or British citizenship? Yes / No
2- What is the length of Mr XXXXX Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS)? less than 3 years / more than 3 years
Thank You

You need to post PBS Dependent extension questions in the Tier 2 sub forum please.

Hi Char
As per 28 days rule I am eligible to apply ILR from 1st May 2019.
Can online application be submitted and paid online before 1st May and make an appointment to submit documents on 3rd May, or it has to be submitted after 1st May? Which date case worker take in consideration online application submission date or appointment date for document submission.
Thanks

No. Date of application is date of online submission. Do not pay and submit before you are eligible.

You must apply when you meet the requirements. Date of online submission and payment is the date of application.
People have been refused for applying online too early.

Hi
It is worth mentioning here that I have been granted ILR despite fear of applied early. I would like to share my experience here, maybe help others.
My ILR qualification date 1st May 2019
Submit Application Online 9th April 2019
Upload Documents 1st May 2019
Biometric Appointment 2nd May 2019 at 9.30am
Confirmation Email 2nd May 2019 at 3.15pm
Waiting for decision letter and BRP.
I would suggest applicants that if you apply for ILR submit your online application not before 28 days qualifying period however if you have applied before eligibility period please don't panic but upload your documents and book appointment within your qualifying period. I wrote in cover letter that online application made due to lack of guidance considering date of appointment is the actual date of submission.
I wish everyone all the best for your applications.
Thank you Char and everyone for all your suggestions and help.
