Now I dont remember whether we used IELTS for her application initially to enter UK as a dependant or not. The latest ielts has expired. She has graduated from a medical college in karachi. What are the alternatives she can use. Shall we use the NARIC service? We only have 10 days to respond.

Please help.

No you wouldn't have as PBS Dependents do NOT have to meet the English requirement for a visa or visa extensions.

She needs a new B1 English test or UK NARIC Red Route, English and comparable assessment. They both cost £150. English test will probably be quicker.
