Rejected ILR due to financial requirement not met

Hi, I got an letter today. My SetM rejected. Because income under 18.600£.
Entered: 26 Dec 2013 spouse visa
Flr m : 16 august 2016- 12 march 2019
My spouse self employed and his earnings under cat. F
Sole trader total £ 11937.00 for the financial tax year submitted. My total income £ 3432 . Combined £15.420
And £ 3181 short of the £18.600
In letter : " as you have a parental relationship with child who is a British citizen we are satisfied they you would meet the requirements of paragraph R-ltrp.1.1(a)(b)(d) of appendix FM( ten year r.) because your family life. ..... you will not be granded limited leave to remain and your application fee will not be refunded. You will not be able to appeal this decision and you may be liable for Removal from the uk. ". " you have to pay the immigration health surcharge"
is there anything I can do??
An appeal ? What is my chance
Can I make longResidans after 5 years? What is your suggestion?
Please show me a way. I'm helpless

Sorry to hear this. When did you apply?
Your previous visa valid until match 12.So u can reapply if you have any savings.
I'm not sure. Check with someone else.

My apply 27 Feb. Premium service
28 Feb. I got email and 4 march got a rejected letter
I have same savings in my bank and this April 2019 new financial year for my husband and 2018 April - 2019 April more income because my husband to much hours worked this year
But what can I do . I don't now. I haven't no time.. any advice

I'm sorry. I've written before but deleted. I didn't Know that I had to open a new topic I hope I'm not doing something wrong.
27 Feb 2019 I have applied for a 5 year course with absolute progress and our annual income has been rejected because of the rule. Now I want to ask you, I can appeal or wait 5 more years and I have long residence right. I ask for help from people who have knowledge. In the decision letter: my history
entered: 26 December 2013 spouse visa. Flr M : 16 Aug 2016-12 march 2019
My spouse self employed and his total £11937.00 for the financial tax years(2017 may-2018 may) and we are combined sum earnings £15,419 £3180 short of £18.600
I have British child and husband r-Ltrp.1.1a , b, d of appendix FM ten year route because of family life
And in letter ; you will not be granded limited leave to remain and your application fee will not be refunded. You will not be able APPEAL this decision and you may be liable for removal from the UK. I'm sorry for my writing error...Thank you all.

I was in almost similar situation..I paid health fee..and get another 2.5 years visa..so now waiting for lawfully complete 10 years rules..

I was in almost similar situation..I paid health fee..and get another 2.5 years visa..so now waiting for lawfully complete 10 years rules..
Do you have another chance ? This situation is strength
I will pay tomorrow. Not happened

I was in almost similar situation..I paid health fee..and get another 2.5 years visa..so now waiting for lawfully complete 10 years rules..

I will pay tomorrow. Not happened
Need to wait complete 10 years..its should be next September.. Yeah its very difficult time.. But everything will be OK like me...
But what can I do . I don't now. I haven't no time.. any advice
