Good evening,

I am currently on an Ancestry Visa, I will be applying for my ILR in the coming months.

I am gathering all of my documents that are required.

What I have so far is:
Passports (expired and current)
Letters from all my employers, along with P60's
Birth Certificate
Life In UK Test
Bank Statements 3 months worth
Pay Slips 3 months worth ( or should I have more?)

Other Documents
My Grandmothers Birth Certificate
My Mother and Father's Birth Certificate
My parents Marriage Certificate
Mortgage documents for our home
Council Tax bills with both my address (old and current)
United Utilities bills from previous address
My marriage certificate

Is there anything I am missing?

Please let me know.

Sincerely,
Victoria

Good afternoon,

I am just wondering if anyone is going to give me feedback on my documents?

I also had another question, it is regards to the the actual application on line. Is it similar to the actual paper application?

I would like to know so I can prepare all of my documents and format all my answers for the application.

SIncerely,
Victoria

Good morning all,

I am a Canadian on an Ancestry Visa. Just completing my 5 years living and working in the UK. I am planning to apply for my ILR SET O in June this year. Does anyone have a copy of the questions asked on the new on line application?

Please let me know.

Greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,
Victoria

Topics merged.

The questions asked will depend on your route. Not many ancestry visa holders on the forum. Suggest start app and ask here if anything is unclear.

Thank you for replying to my question.

I should have been more clear with my question.

I am looking to get an ILR with plans of applying for my British Citizenship after the correct time period of holding an ILR.

I am wondering if the application form on line is similar to the paper one that was available to print out before the new process started.

I want to be prepared for all questions and have the exact answers so there will be no mistakes on my application.

Sincerely,
Victoria

The online questions would be similar, and minimal, for Ancestry to ILR applications to what the paper form has, although most online forms are slightly condensed versions of the paper forms.

It really would be best to start your application and ask any questions as you progress. You have 10 weeks to complete the application before it is deleted.
