Hi All
Iam applying for ILR through Tier 1 Ent.
I m confused anout consent forms..
Can anyone plzz tell, do I have to sign all 3 parts of consent...??

its a form from home office that needs your signature to verify
your application information . its has three parts

Actually I know these are consent form, my query is, Do I need to sign All 3 parts or just Part 1 n Part 2..?
Becaz there is No any financial sponser in my case..
Hope u understand my question

I think the consent form is self-explanatory. You only need to sign the part that is relevant to you. You will have to sign part 1 definitely as an applicant. Part 2 only applies IF you are relying on joint accounts. Joint account holder will sign part 2. Similarly, Part 3 only if applicable.

Well we are applying as a team Tier 1 Ent.
So I believe we have to sign Consent Part 1 and Part 2, As we have Joint Business Account for our business.
What about part 3, (Financial sponser) as we both Partners invested in the business. There is no any Financial sponcer, so dont need to sign Part 3.?
Am I saying Right..?

Ignore Part 3, it does not apply on you
I think for your application you (applicant) will sign part 1 and your team member will sign part 2
and for team member’s application (applicant) he will sign part 1 and you will sign part 2
