Change of address before application

Hi All
I have a doubt in relation to change of address, online application submitted with new address
Online application submitted on 05/01/2019 with new address on it
Change of address in last year 01/10/2018
I’m bit confused someone posted on this forum about change of address to home application but home application have my current address on the application
My application is in process with home offfice still I need to submit this below form

I dont get what you are saying. If you applied on 5/1/2019 and you mentioned your current address that was your new address thats all you need. Why do you think you need to mention the old address if the form does not ask for it?

Have you read the above link I posted?
At the extension stage, application submitted under previous address and successful application documents and BRP received to that address
Recently I changed my address before ILR submission and quoted the new address on online application form
My question is I haven't informed to HO about my change of address before ILR application (HO still have my previous address in their records) apart from ILR online application I haven't informed to HO regarding my change of address.
This should have been done before my ILR application but unsure now my application in process with HO. Still I have to submit the change of circumstances forum to inform about my address change? or ILR application submitted with new address only just ignore to do that.

There is no rule like that. I applied for my extension when I had changed my new address just 10 days ago. All what matters is your current address which is the correspondence address that is mentioned on the form. If you applied ILR and have the correct current address/correspondence address on the form thats all what is required. If you changed your address AFTER your application was submitted, and HO has old correspondence address regarding that application on the form your submitted, only then you need to update HO.
Your address at extension stage is irrelevant.
Did you submit your application and have the new correct address/correspondence address on the application form? If yes, then thats all.

There is no need to update HO of address changes.
Only
certain nationalities have to update their police registration certificate when their address changes (see
police registration)

It is not mandatory. You may choose to update the UKVI if you want. Now that you are applying, you do not need to update them simply apply using the current address
