ILR SET 0 applied but passports expiring in May

Hey guys,
My wife and kids applied for ILR end of Jan but we know it generally takes about 6 months but their passports are expiring in the first week of May, would that be a problem? We cant apply for new passports just now as that will cancel the existing ones. What to do now?
