Dear Sirs,
I applied for me and my 5 family members ILR on the bases of Discreationary laeve (failed asylum seeker) on FORM FLR DL on 12th of April 2018 and nearly 1 year now but still waiting for decision.
I would like to ask you that how long more Home Office will take it?
I have paid fee £14000.00, biometric was done long time ago,
I contacted over the pone and they sent me email the case is still in process.
My local MP contacted as well two months ago and they replied again that case is still in process.
my all 4 kids were born here in the UK and I am still working, my 3 kids are in class 6,3 and 2.
No any criminal case or point on my name or any other family member.

I would like to request you That Please guide me that what I have to do now?

Kind Regards,
Asif

Unfortunately, as far as I know there is nothing to do but wait. My wife and her family are also waiting since July 2018. Please let us know if you have an update.

HI, I also applied on 3d of September 2018 and got acknowledgment letter a week after that on 13 of September 2018. now it past 6 month and still waiting. I called the home office once and they told me to send a letter to ask about my application. decided not to send anything at the moment and just wait few more weeks. Does anyone know how long normally would take for decision to be made?.

To be honest i feel anxious now :? . I remember last DL took about 8 months. im not sure anymore.

Any thoughts.
