tier 1 entrepreneur ILR documents check list

i am going to apply for ILR on completion of 5 years of 50k
just want to check that my documents sufficient as latest in 2019.
>> Passport and BRP
>> Photo
>> Life in UK
>> MBA degree
>> one month bank statement of business account
>> Director appointment report
>> CT600
>> CT41
>> i am not sending my annual accounts. IS IT OK
>> not sending my personal bank statement
>> payslips of 2 employees of 12 months each
>> Passport copies of both employees
>> FPS
Does any document missing
Tier 1 Entrepreneur ILR Employment

i am going to apply for ILR after 5 years of Tier 1 Entrepreneur 50K route and after April2014 first visa issued.
Question is that
November 2017 to May 2018(6months) >>>> 2 employees full time
June 2018 and July 2018 (2 months)>>>>>>>> 1 employ full time and 1 part time
August 2018 to Feb 2019(7 months)>>>>>>>> 2 employees full time
is my employment oky for ILR.

All previous pasports plus current

When was your extension granted? If you are post April 2014, you need 2 FT “JOBS” not employees that have existed 12 months each AFTER extension.

My first visa was issued 16 April 2014.
And extension was issued on November 2017
One job is there for 15 months
But second job 6 months than after 2 months gap and 6 months, total is 12 but with a gap.
Is it a problem of 2 months gap???
It should b continue 12 month?

you can claim after Nov 2017. You need 2 FT JOBS that existed 12 months each. Not necessarily continous. Gap is fine.

I just noticed you must have applied before 6th April 2014 as you were approved on 16th April 2014. In that case, if you apply before 6th April 2019, you can benefit from the transitional arrangements. All you need is 24 months of FT employment after extension. But if you apply after 6th April 2019, you have to follow as mentioned in the previous post.
