Spouse Visa -Divorced But PLanning to apply ILR (10 year)

HEllo all,
I came to the UK in 2010 on a student visa and have been legally in UK since. I am currently on the 2nd part of my spouse visa which runs till 2021. My wife has just filed for divorce. Can I still apply for ILR next year as I will have been in UK for 10 years or will my divoce affect my ILR chances ?
