Hi Team,

I'm working for a IT consultancy firm in UK for the past 14 years and having a continuous residency in UK for the past 10 years. As part of my work I had been travelling to different parts of Europe and world on consultancy engagements. My base work location has always been London. My payrolls and Taxes are run in UK. However because of the extensive travels that I do. The overall stay outside UK comes to 690 Days. On all these days I have been payed UK salary and have payed my Tax in UK.

Would I be eligible for ILR through the continous residency route?

No. The total absences from the UK should be 540 days or less in the last 10 years in order to be eligible under long residence
