Hi Team,
I booked Long Residence appointment for 12th April. If that goes through a positive result how long will I have to move my wife as ILR dependant (currently she is in ICT Dependant visa)?
Is it mandate to move her current VISA category to ILR dependant category?
Can you please help.
Thanks

When does her current visa expire?
Does she have any travel plans out of the UK?
Yes, it is mandatory that she apply to switch visa to the FLR(M) spouse visa.

Hi Team,
Details below. Please help.
When does her current visa expire?
December 2020
Does she have any travel plans out of the UK?
Yes she is travelling to hometown by 16th May 2019 and return only after an year. Is it legally allowed to stay in UK till 16th May on her current dependant visa or should shift to ILR dependant immediately after 12th April?
Thanks

Yes, fine to stay on her current visa till it expires.
Also fine to switch visas before she travels or wait till she is ready to return and apply for a new entry clearance as spouse settlement visa.
