Please I need your expert advise I'm waiting please thanks.

My confusion is
I applied for tier 1 entrepreneur visa after PSW in 2012. It's been refused after keeping application by home office more than a year. I went in appeal.
When my appeal right had exhausted and I applied in time second new tier 1 entrepreneur application which home office sent me back as invalid keeping more than 28 days by saying i had the right of appeal actually it was not.
Home office issue my removal letter and put me on sign every fortnight.
I went in JR and home office withdraw their decision before going further in court. Rather considering my second tier 1 application which they had sent me back as invalid they directly grant me the tier 1 entrepreneur visa.
My question is about 10 years lawful period.
Either it's break when I sent second application after appeal. What is your expert advise. Thanks

Hi seniors and respected members

I need your help about my complicated matter. I need your help and advise about 10 years lawful period spent in Uk. My immigration history is as follow.


09/08/09 entered UK with a student visa valid until 1/1/12.
07/04/10 granted leave on a tier 4 student visa until 30/09/11.
22/09/11 applied for a post study work visa
04/1/12 granted leave on a post study work visa until 4/1/14
3/10/13 applied for leave tier I entrepreneur.
18/6/14 application for 3/10/13 refused.
3/7/14 appealed the decesion of 18/6/14.
31/10/14 appeal dismissed.
10/11/14 Sought permission for the further appeal.
14/1/15 permission refused.
23/1/15 new application submitted for leave as a tier 1 enterpreneur.
29/1/15 the applicant appeal right were exhausted.
27/02/15 application of 23/1/15 were rejected as invalid as it has submitted while the applicant still had the right of appeal.
9/3/15 new application submitted for leave as a tier 1 enterpreneur
8/4/15 application of 9/3/15 refused as it exceed 28 days out of time.


case officer mentioned that my appeal right ended on 29/1/15 and submiited application on 9/3/15 which is 39 days and its refused (after they issue letter of removal and put me on signs every fortnight).

on 26/5/15 I claimed JR Against home office decision on the basis of 23/1/15 application which they send me back as an invalid by saying my appeal right were exhausted on 29/1/15.
I explained my permission for the further appeal was refused on 14/1/15. so my application of 23/1/15 was a valid application which home office sent me back as an invalid application on 27/2/15.
home office has quit to go in JR and decided to give me visa on 20/10/15
they also refunded my lawyer fees too.

20/10/2018 submitted tier 1 entrepreneur extension application which is still in process.
I know my case is little bit complicated but if you could give me some advise regarding

1- 10 year period is break or not during all these circumstances?

IST. i have recently found the brief history with dated and immigration documents from my emails because its is sensitive and complicated case thats why i came here for expert advice again with dates.
2nd. reason for new id is i forgot my login details. i tried to get these back but failed. then i have reqested my friend to make id so that i could use this forum for help.
