Hi team,

I am about to apply for my spouse's ILR as her PBS dependent visa will runout in may. She is eligible for ILR as she had continuous five years stay in UK under same visa.

My situation is after my ILR I had open a private limited company last year. Now do I need to provide any income proof while applying her ILR?
She is also working and has 36k+ sal. Does her bank statement and pay slips will be enough for this application? Or do I need to provide my payslips and income proof?

Please advise as this is only sticking point for me to dealt the application.

There is no financial requirement for PBS Dependent applying for ILR.

Simply submit 1-3 months of her payslips and bank statements to prove she can look after herself without recourse to public funds.

should I put her employers latter as well, is it needed as she is on maternity leaves currently.

Employer letter is NOT required.
