Hello, I will complete my 5 years in March 2020 and would be eligible for applying for ILR (current visa valid till Jan 2021). I have Community Service sentence (for drink driving offense) which will be lapsed in March 2021. What are my chances of getting ILR in 2020 with a community service sentence (the probation will end in March 2020). I am on high paid job with no other offence, ever.

You cannot get ILR unless 24 months have passed from the date of court conviction. You may have to apply for extension instead of ILR until eligible
