Hi Everyone,
I have passed the Life in the Uk Test in 2015 from a test centre called ,, Business Advice Direct LEEDS ,, which was referred by UKVI during online booking process and I will apply ILR in few months time .
When I checked today it looks to me the test centre in Leeds is no longer on UKVI approved centres list , however this was mentioned on another website but could not verify on UKVI website ..
When I called life in the Uk test Helpline UKVI to confirm it they told me as long as I have passed the test and have original certificate with me then I do not need to re-take the test eventhough test centre no longer exit. I just want to check that do I need to re-take the test from current approved centre or not ?
Thanks.

As far as I know, LIUK never expires. So if you have the original certificate that should be okay.

My question is Not about certificate Expiry date, it is about Test Exam Centre Accredation/ approval from UKVI ? It is currently not on the approved centre list ....

If LIUK certificate never expires, as long as the test centre was on the approved list back then it should be okay.

One of my friend today booked life in Uk Test and I found out that 4 out of 5 Test Centres locations given, have been changed since I passed the test in 2015 , exam centre location and company name has been changed including my own Test centre where I passed test from ....
Do I need to worry about it and re-take the test from current approved centres on the list ?
I have called UKVI few times for advice but not a surprise they have no clue what I am asking about?..,, any advice pls ? Thanks

Hello,
I've noticed similar change for me as well. Both me and my wife took the test from Oxford center. I did the exam in Mar 2019 whereas my wife did this in July 2018. When i look at the pass notification letter, Both the certificates have same supplier ID and supplier name where as the testId and test centre names are different, although we both took the exam from the same test center. It has names seem to have changed with in span of 8 months. Not sure, if this is an issue at all?
Cheers

Agree with tier11417..doesnt sound like an issue!
The centre can no longer exist for a number of reasons but you did pass the test and have proof of it.
I wasn't aware there was list for approved centres for LIUK? I thought that was for English lang only.
If retaking your test gives you peace of mind than you probably should
