Hello experts,
I am on tier 2 dependent visa
My ILR is due on 1st september 2019 . I came to uk on 30th September 2014
I was on leaves and out of country on below dates

July 2018 - 6th July to 16th July ... 11 days

August 2018 - 23 August to 3 September ...12 days

November 2018 - 2 November to present (coming back on 5th April 2019 )

On 31st march i will complete 173 days and 5 days of April so total 178 days

My question is since I will be eligible for ilr on 1st September 2019 will my July 2018 out of country days be counted?

Then the absence is irrelevant. It only applies to time if the visa was issued on or after 11th January 2018.
