Dear admins,
I am going to apply ILR under T1 E. As per my understanding Tier, 1 Transitional Arrangement are coming to an end on the 5th of April 2019.
In the past when we were applying for extension or visa the date of application was considered when we were posting the application.
in the current situation is it the date when we fill and submit the form online or the date when we attend SOPRA?
Many Regards,

Thank you, Zimba for your prompt reply, much appreciated.
On Job side, I have two full-time Employees, I have to count my months from Dec 2017, One is continuously working 130 hours a month since 2015, And if I count his months they are 15 months and the other Joined in 2014 and still working, was Part-time with more than 65 hours in Dec 2017-Jan 18, Later from Feb 2018 - May 2018 was on 120 hrs a month, and then from June 2018 till now on 130 hours a month, What is your advice on that, is it OK and can I combine two of them or shall i count them separately?
Regards,

If you apply before 6th April 2019, all you need is 24 months/104weeks of FT employment after extension. Just count 24 months of FT in any combination after extension but list your employees as separate employees and jobs titles (even if they have the same job title distinguish them as for example, Sales Assistant 1 and Sales Assistant 2)

Dec
2018- Feb 2019 = 15 Months Full

June 2018 - Feb 2019 = 9 Months 132
How shall present this? as the employees are still working Zimba or Marcnath your advice please
If your applying before 6th April 2019 than the following 2 employees should suffice if they are FULL months.
JOB 1:
Emp 1= 01/12/17- 28/02/19 = 65 weeks (if still working than add March 2019)
JOB 2:
Emp 2= 01/06/18- 28/02/19= 39 weeks
=104 weeks
If NOT:
RTIFPS- Dec 2017 to Feb 2019
Corresponding payslips to each employees period.
JOB 1
Dec 2017- Feb 2019 = 15 Months Full
JOB 2
Dec 2017 - Jan 2018 = 2 Months= 68 hrs a month
(combined with JOB 3)
JOB 3
Feb 2018 - May 2018 = 4 Months= 122 hrs Month
JOB 4
June 2018 - Feb 2019 = 9 Months 132

Thank you for the reply,
I started filling the form and thought share this with all, as could be helpful for others.
On the form it says "
If more than one employee filled the role during the 12-month period, because one or more employee left the job during that time, include the details of each person. Alternatively, you can combine the working hours of two part-time workers whose jobs existed during those 12 months, provided this totals 30 hours per week or more (or 120 hours per month). You can add additional employees after selecting ‘Save and continue’.
"
so 30 hrs a week or 120 hours or more a month are full-time jobs.

Dear Admins,
I am submitting my form today and a bit confused about the Job section of the online form. My jobs actually were created in June 2014, I have maintained those jobs all the time. now on the form shall i put the time of creation of the Jobs of 2014 or current leave to remain time, and what shall do in Employee Joining time shall I use the Actual one or current time from December 2017. then there is a question how much per hour rate I have paid shall i put the current rate 7.83 or the previouse ones.
Please do reply to help.

You can do either/or but preferably state the date the jobs were actually created.
Current rate.
You may need to draw a table or something like that stating any wage rate changes, hour changes and job description later..

Every time when there is any variation in either rate/hr or working hour you have to start a fresh period in your SET(O). Please check previous advise by Zimba.

The start date would be the day the position is created. A position will have employees working in that position they have start/end date. That the period you are claiming points for
