Good Morning !!
We moved to the UK in 2014 when my children 15/11 and 7 on Entreprenuer Tier 1 visa and wife and children as dependents.
We are planning on applying for our ILR soon and my eldest daughter is now 20 and studying full time in University till end of next year, she is still living at home and I am still paying the full university fees and related costs.
We were told last year that as long she is not independent left the house or married we can still apply for her as our dependent.
If someone could confirm this and the correct form to use I will be much obliged.
Thank you

Use SET(O) to apply for ILR for yourself and dependents.
You need Life in UK and English Requirements. You all need that except children under 18.
